6. Incorrect or Missing SLMS Details

Follow the guidelines below if you are unable to see your SLMS courses or if your name, centre assignment or other SLMS details are incorrect.

Please notify your Centre Administrator or coordinator and have them verify that your details are entered correctly on the Template for digitizing all files. 

After the Administrator confirms that your details have been entered correctly, you should submit a request to have the error rectified via CDA Tool Support Requests.
