1. SLMS Access via MOE Email

  1. In your browser address bar type in outlook.office.com/owa and press the Enter” key. Click “Sign in” on the Outlook webpage.

  2. Type in your MOE-assigned email address and click “Next.” Then, enter your password and click “Sign in”.

  3. Click on the Office 365 App Launcher. This is a central hub that provides quick and easy access to your Microsoft 365 apps and services. Look at the top-left corner of the screen. Find the "waffle" icon – a 3x3 grid of nine small dots. It’s located next to the Microsoft 365 logo or app name. Click it to open the launcher.

  4. Then, click on “More Apps". This will open a new tab in your web browser and the App Launcher page will be displayed.

  5. Click on “Admin Selected” then, click on the SLMS icon.

  6. This will take you to the ‘My Courses’ page of the SLMS.

2. "User not found" What next?

This usually means your account hasn’t been created yet or your email address was entered incorrectly. Please confirm with your administrator that your MOE-assigned email address is entered correctly on the Template for digitizing all files.

3. Forgot my log-in credentials

The SLMS uses your MOE Office 365 credentials to log you in. If you forgot your email address or password, please contact the ECCE Director for further support.

4. MOE-email Access; No SLMS Access

You may not have been enrolled in the SLMS yet. Reach out to your ECCE Administrator/Coordinator to ensure that your name and MOE-assigned email account are entered correctly in the Template for digitizing all files.

If these are entered correctly, and you still do not have access, please submit a request for support via CDA Tool Support Requests.

5. CDA Access on Shared Devices

To access the CDA Tool on a shared device, you must use your browser in incognito mode.

1. Open an Incognito/Private Window using the following browsers:

Google Chrome:
Click the three dots ⋮ in the top-right corner → New Incognito Window

or

Microsoft Edge:
Click the three dots … in the top-right corner → New InPrivate window

2. In the incognito/private window address bar, type: outlook.office.com/owa and press the “Enter” key.

6. Incorrect or Missing SLMS Details

Follow the guidelines below if you are unable to see your SLMS courses or if your name, centre assignment or other SLMS details are incorrect.

 

Please notify your Centre Administrator or coordinator and have them verify that your details are entered correctly on the Template for digitizing all files

 

After the Administrator confirms that your details have been entered correctly, you should submit a request to have the error rectified via CDA Tool Support Requests.

7. CDA Tool Won’t Load

Try clearing your browser cache and reloading the page using Incognito mode (Chrome) or InPrivate mode (Edge). If the issue persists, try another browser or contact support for further troubleshooting (CDA Tool Support Requests).

8. Pages Timing Out or Reloading

Ensure you have a stable internet connection and try using a different browser or device. If the issue continues, contact support for further troubleshooting (CDA Tool Support Requests).

9. Form Submission Issues

Make sure all required fields are filled correctly. If the problem persists, take a screenshot and contact support for further troubleshooting. (CDA Tool Support Requests)

10. Best Browsers for the Platform

To access the SLMS and/or the CDA Tool, we recommend using the most updated version of Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. Some features may not work well in older versions or browsers like Internet Explorer or Safari.

11. CDA Tool Support Requests

(ECCE Level)

This form is to be used to submit requests for technical support with respect to the completion of the CDA Tool.
