5. CDA Access on Shared Devices

To access the CDA Tool on a shared device, you must use your browser in incognito mode.​

1. Open an Incognito/Private Window using the following browsers:​

Google Chrome:​
Click the three dots ⋮ in the top-right corner → New Incognito Window​
​
or​
​
Microsoft Edge:​
Click the three dots … in the top-right corner → New InPrivate window​
​
2. In the incognito/private window address bar, type: outlook.office.com/owa and press the “Enter” key.​
